  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) & Portable Appliance Tests (PAT):  We arrange certified electricians to carry-out the tests and that safety certificates are up-to-date.
  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs): Ensure your property EPC is up-to-date and review options for further efficiency.
  • Check-in &  End-of-Tenancy Inventory Reports:  Arrange for independent inventory and schedule of condition. 
  • End-of-Tenancy professional cleaning: Ensuring your property is cleaned thoroughly and properly documented for new tenants.
  • Tenant Meet-and-Greet: We personally meet new tenants upon check-in and provide them with a tenant information pack.
  • Utility Management: We ensure utilities are transferred out of the tenant’s name at the end of their tenancy.
