  • Carry out inspections as determined by the landlord, and provide feedback

  • Liaise with tenants at the end of tenancy to ensure a smooth handover, to include arranging a check-out report

  • Confirm with tenants that all utilities are no longer in their names

  • If the property is vacant, arrange for heating to be on intermittently during the winter or for the appliances to be disconnected
